Electrical road stud is a road safety product used in places where solar energy is difficult to use. The main usage areas are; tunnels, roadsides, parking areas and so on.
Wired tunnel stud is manufactured by PC or ASA plastic materials. Dimensions of electrical road stud with LEDs (Tunnel Stud) is 100 x 105 x 18 mm. There are 6 pieces of high-quality LEDs on both sides. Totally 12 LEDs used on a wired road stud. The LED type is 5mm for this road stud. LED colors and red, white, blue, amber and green LED color options are available. According to the customer requirements, both sides can be the same or different color. Luminous intensity is minimum 5000 McD for electrical road stud. It operates with 24 V DC. Tunnel stud is produced according to the IP 65 standards. It is fixed to the ground with 2 pieces of screw. Unless there is a special requirement, LED color will be green in the direction of traffic flow, red color LEDs will be used in the opposite direction of traffic flow.
There are ASA plastic test report, UL 94 VO certificate of non-combustibility, EN 50293 reports for electrical road stud with LEDs. The compression resistance of tunnel road stud is about 20 tons. According to the signal transmitted to the road stud, constant mode, flash mode, flow mode, reverse flow mode options are available.
